Hi, I am Jack Chapman.  I established TEXAS ELITE POLE VAULTING, located in Killeen Texas in 1986.  Over the years, Texas Elite Pole Vaulting developed into a pole-vaulting power, which is recognized by many college coaches as a training ground for highly recruited collegiate vaulters.  Texas Elite vaulters continually have been showcased both Nationally and Internationally.  Our Elite Level vaulters routinely are ranked in the top ten in the nation.  In 2001, I was recognized by the United States Olympic Committee and the United States Track & Field Committee, as the 2000 Developmental Coach of the Year.
